[fse-esf] Retification from Portugal

Dear comrades,



I wish to make a factual rectification to the text provided by the comrades
from the 5th International. Portugal is not, in this moment, a candidate to
the next ESF. What have been said in the meeting is that, in the next
plenary of the Portuguese Social Forum, we will discuss the possibility of
Portugal host the next European Preparatory Assembly (EPA) or other EPA.
