 Patience?

 Dear Pierro,

I am glad that you reacted to the parade on the 2nd of June and the
invitation to Blair. We wish to all the comrades involved in the
organization of the demo at 2/6 the best success.

The demand of immediate and complete withdrawal of all the occupation
troops
from Iraq and Afghanistan must be heard clearly and loudly in all the
European countries, but especially in Italy, where the left (and an
important part of the movement) are in the government. Patience is not the
first thing that we need at this moment. At stake is the independence of
the
movement from the center-left government. This problem is already crucial
in
Italy, but it is arising in many countries: in Germany (at the local
level),
in France (in the discussion about the next elections), in Greece (in the
discussion about how we fight the N.D. government) etc.

I am sure that the way that we will answer this problem will be decisive
for
the future of the ESF. So, the political experience that you are building
is
 valuable for all of us.

Once again, all the best on 2/6.
