[fse-esf] Report from the 5th ICAD, Diyardakir 16-20 May

For the comemoration of Vedat Aydin: "They said that we could shout only 4 
specific slogans otherwise they will attack the demo." This is not a correct 
knowledge. These 4 slogans where chosen by the Organizing Committee, the 
police didnot and could not have any intervention about the contents of our 
slogans.
