Hello

Besides "paper form "filling and "webform "filling , there is a third
option you can choose , in order to promote your proposals in athens ESF :

EDIT YOUR PROPOSAL DIRECTLY on ESF cooperative site
http://workspace.fse-esf.org, where "proposals" are a basic element, like "
activities", appearing in the home page menu

Who can do it ?

Those organisations or groups that are registered (or will register) on
this site might consider publishing directly their proposal in the lasting
and public environment there

How to do it ? :

After logging on the site , and selecting your organisation or group , (if
you have editing rights ) you just have to select the menu " add element"
and select "proposal" and a form appears that you can fill up

After that , your proposal is visible for all site users in the " proposal
list " main menu on site home page ( currently there are only a few
proposal, but after Athens ESF their number will probably be much higher -

Organisations or group promoting a proposal can modify it when they need
to, and include texts and pictures "in" the proposal folder to illustrate
it

Pierre - with "ESF website HelpDesk Collective"

Practical information : all participants willing to contribute as volunteers
to "proposal billboard team" with Moses are wellcome in "memolab room" for
an INFO AND TRAINING SESSION in S204/205 just in front of media center
wednesday 3rd 17pm

What is "ESF website HelpDesk Collective"?

The purpose of "Help desk Collective" volunteer and open group, is to
support users of ESF cooperative site (http://workspace.fse-esf.org ) in
developing relevant uses of the site after Athens ESF

So for any practical question, you are welcome to
- look
http://workspace.fse-esf.org/organisations/esfwebsitehelpdeskcollective/folder_listing
for the workspace of "HelpDesk collective" organisation - It is fairly
light for the moment but will include soon indications about How to do
practical things on the site ),
- get in contact with us through " contact participants "

CURRENT FIGURES ABOUT ESF COOPERATIVE SITE /
ESF process cooperative site (http://workspace.fse-esf.org ) has now over
600 organisations and 20 groups (registered through 1500 persons registered
individually to one or more organisations)
These entities have declared 1000 general activities, (the number is
steadily growing ) and 900 "athens activities" (that have been "merged" in
much less seminar in ESF program)

Partners of those seminars form "de facto" groups that can be
registered/created on the site by any of those partners organisations (
shared management of the groups between individual from the various partner
organisation is very simple in this site and this create a truly horizontal
cooperation context)

Any of those entities has its own workspace where it can edit documents of
various kind text and image and links
The site is open to all participants in European social forum process
Any of those entities can publish proposals that all users of the site may
review and give feedback one

Hello,

The online submission of proposals might be done through:

http://elounda.math.upatras.gr/ESF/questionnaire.html

which is also expected to be soon available at the athens.fse-esf.org site.
