Dear Friends,
I fully agree with Jon and wish to remind you that after the London ESF the
Greek Organisers promised to change the
undemocratic practise followed until now. We were promised also that the
Central and Eastern Europeans will be much more involved into the process. I
am astonished to see that you do not keep your given words and the same
"bloody" people are on the speakers list of the "BAPTIZED PLENARIES".
I insist on that you should put CEE people as well to the Athens ESF list
of speakers of big events, namely:
Events of great visibility No. 3.
Immigrants and refugees against racist policies in Europe. Fighting for
legalisation, political asylum, equal rights.
TAMAS KRAUSZ, Univ. Professor, Historian, Topic: Nationalism, Chauvinism,
Racial discrimination, exclusion
in Eastern Europe, with special attention to Hungary
Events of great visibility No.4.
Globalization, environment climate change and alternatives
ERZSEBET SZALAI, Sociologist, Univ. Pofessor, Topic: CEE Experiences, New
Socialist Alternatives
Awaiting your positive reply,
Best friendly regards,
Matyas Benyik
