[fse-esf] Proposals for speakers of big events Athens ESF

A few points on this:

The decisions made both for the London ESF and in all the EPA meetings
running up to this EPA need to be respected in terms of ensuring balance of
speakers - there is an unacceptable lack of women in this proposal.

Secondly, the minutes haven't been circulated from the last EPA, but I don't
remember there being a proposal for an event on 'Europe' being agreed.

Thirdly, I think it is not a reasonable and realistic proposal to say that
in the anti-war session, there will be only one Palestinian speaker, 'AGREED
BETWEEN PLO AND PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY'
