At the 28-29th october , the conference to promote the public services 
against the GATS (www.agcs-gats.org will take place in Geneva 
(Swizerland) and the european network for the public servicies will have 
a first meeting the day befor, at the friday 27th October in the same place.
It's impossible to change this agenda now....
