Dear friends,
in EPA's we send a delegation. However, 15 of October
is the first round of an imortant political battle with neoliberal
government and the second round is one week later.
We find it difficult to send a delegation since different partners
in antiglobalization and antiwar campaigns are involved in elections
as candidates.
