[fse-esf] Seminar proposals from Hungary

   Dear Friends of Esf East,

   As we have promised during the Vienna's EPA, we present to
You our seminar proposals for Athens, in order to assure a common 
participation from Eastern Europe, as large as possible on the following 
points, we consider common ones:

1. Poverty, Social Exclusion, Precarity: Poverty situation in Europe and 
conclusions helping the common building up of the Social Europe of 
Peoples by East and West. 
2. War and Peace: Necessity of a European Collective System of 
Defense instead of the NATO. 
3. War and Terrorism: The problem of the Rights of Freedom and the 
Terrorism. (Can the terrorism be considered as a tool of the social 
movement, or it has to be rejected?)
4. Health: Defense of the Solidarity based Health System and a New
Participatory Health model proposed by the HSF cwg. 
5. The Cooperativistic alternative in the Agriculture and the social 
interests related with it.
6. Participatory Democracy and institutional reforms.
7. The Energy Supply of the Social Europe of Peoples we want to build 
up. (The new developments in the energetical field and the alternative 
proposals of experts in energy.)
8. Freedom of the Peoples and the National Minoritie's Rights of 
Democratic Freedoms. 
9. Active participation of hungarian Womens at the Women's Assembly 
in Athens.

We would like also confirm our interest for the following seminars 
proposed at he EPA of  Vienna by different eastern european 
movements:
- Trade Unions (RO)
- Fight against the privatisation of Public Services. (GR)
   (We are particularly interested in the defense of the Public Health  
   System.)
- European Energy Policy (PL)
- Increasing Nationalism and Chauvinisme (Attac HU)


 We would like to have a good cooperation with all people interested in 
these themes. We also are open to organize with you other seminars 
of common interest. Waiting for your answers, friendly yours,
