Dear participants,
This mail contains the following information:
1) Financial contribution
2) Sleeping places
3) Invitation
4) New time table
According to the suggestions received we modified slightly our proposal of
the time table for the next EPA to take place from the 5th to 8th of
january in Vienna, Austria. Other minor changes still can be discussed
upon your arrival.
In order to avoid further misunderstandings we would like to stress the
fact that we by no means intended to organize a little ESF in Vienna,
but to contribute to the work of the program group giving the different
networks the possibility to articulate their proposals in a structured,
transparent and open discussion within the network meetings on Friday,
Jan. 6th and in the plenary discussion on Saturday, Jan. 7th.
We consider this to be the best way to build a program for Athens based on
seminaries and workshops following the guidelines of the methodological
discussions during the previous EPAs. Still there will be enough space to
discuss on Saturday, Jan. 7th and Sunday 8th for important matters of
Organisation (e.g. the discussion about the date of the next ESF) and
Enlargement (e.g. towards and within Eastern European networks and
countries).
We are very much looking forward to see you in Vienna and wish you and us
a happy new year full of success for all our struggles
Leo Gabriel
in the name of the
Preparatory Committee of the EPA Vienna 2006
