[fse-esf] About the Charter project

   Dear All,

   We have decided in Frankfurt to present in english version the text in 
french of the Charter project presented during our last EPA, in order to 
enable us to discuss it and present our proposals to the same. Up to 
now we did'nt receive any translation. It is difficulting very much our 
work. Can we hope with the fulfilment of our decision taken in 
Frankfurt?
