Dear participants,

Please read the following proposal of the Austrian preparatory comittee of
the EPA in Vienna carefully and write back as quickly as possible your
supplemenaty or complementary suggestions:

1) Program

5 pm: First Sesssion of the Program Group

Cluster 4: Enlargement

On Saturday, Jan. 7th , the EPA meets in plenary sessions and will discuss
the output of the working groups. It is planned to structure the
discussion by thematic clusters, in which each working group gives a short
input (all together half an hour), followed by a discussion (45 min.) and
a conclusion by the speakers of the working groups (15 min.).

Two things are extremely important:

1)	When it is time for a specific cluster, please discuss only the issues
of this cluster. 

2)	If one cluster takes more time in the plenary than 1,5 hours, it  takes
away time from other working groups. So please be fair and stick to the
time table.

Attention Women's Group: We were told that the Women's meeting should be
on Jan. 7th. As you see, Jan. 7th was planned to be the plenary day.
Please communicate internally and tell us, if you prefer Jan. 6th (7:30pm)
or Jan. 7th.

9:00am - 12am: Action plan, Assembly of Social Movements, Conclusions

12:00am - 1:30om: Lunch

2) Finances
As at former EPAs, every participant should pay 10€ her/himself and 50€
the organization, she/he represents. This money will move into the
Solidarity Fund, which provides financial support for people who cannot
afford their travel costs. 

The contribution should be paid in cash at the EPA itself.

3) Accomodation

Currently, 45 people seek for free accomodation in private flats (there
won't be a dormitory unfortunately). We have managed to provide 20 places
at friends of us and we are trying to find more of them. 

If you said "I need free accomodation" at the registration, please
consider whether you have personal friends in Vienna you could sleep at,
or if you would like to pay 15€ per night in a youth hostel (the addresses
can be found at esf.socialforum.at . The demand for private flats is
higher than the supply. Please inform us about your decision.
