[CIFS] urgent Japon : militant japonais arrêté lors d'une action novox en solidarité aux mal-logés brésiliens

Déclaration de protestation :

A l'occasion d'une journée internationale de soutien aux sans logis du
Brésil menacés d'expulsion, en particulier à Curitiba, dans l'État du  
Parana avec le MNLM, et dans le centre de Sao Paulo avec le MSTC, des
rassemblements pacifiques ont été organisés à Tokyo, Paris et à  
Lisbonne, à
l'initiative du réseau international No-vox, et des associations qui le
composent.
Des délégations ont été reçues par l'ambassade du Brésil.
A Tokyo, la police Japonaise a réprimé le rassemblement brutalement et a
interpellé un manifestant, membre d'un mouvement de "sans" Japonais.
Nous nous élevons contre cette arrestation arbitraire, exigeons sa
libération et demandons l'arrêt de toute poursuite à son encontre.
Nous exigeons également que soient mis fin aux politiques répressives  
contre les sans logis du Japon, qui sont l'objet de harcèlement  
policier,
d'internement forcés, et dont les abris de fortune qu'ils ont
construit dans les parcs sont détruits par la police, sans même une  
proposition de relogement ou d'hébergement.
A Paris une centaine de manifestants se sont rassemblés à proximité de
l'Ambassade, environ 200 policiers étaient présents pour en interdire  
l'accès. Une délégation a été reçue par un membre de l'ambassade qui  
transmettra nos revendications à la section des Droits de l'homme du  
Ministère des affaires étrangères pour qu'elle soit relayée au  
ministère de l'intérieur et à celui du logement.
L'Ambassade nous a également indiqué qu'elle n'était pas à l'origine du
déploiement policier.

To demonstrate solidarity with Brazilian homeless people threatened by  
expulsion in Curitiba(Parana State) and Sao Paulo, associations from  
the international network "No-vox" in France, Japan and Portugal have  
organized a peaceful demonstration yesterday (15 of June)with the MNLM  
organization (Movimento nacional de luta pela moradia), and the MSTC  
(Moviemento dos sin tetos do centro) organization.


Delegations have been received by Brazilian embassies. In Tokyo, the  
Japanese police force repress brutally the gathering and arrest a  
demonstrator, member of the No-vox movement. We protest against this  
arbitrary arrest, require its release and request the stop of any legal  
prosecution.

We also ask the end of police repression against homeless in Japan,  
they are victims of police harassing, forced internment, and shelters  
demolition, built in parks, without a proposal of rehousing or lodging.

In Paris hundred of demonstrators gathered near by the Embassy,  
approximately 200 police officers prohibited the access to the front of  
the Embassy. The demand of the delegation received in the embassy will  
be transmitted to the human right section of the foreign ministry and  
then to the housing ministry and home office.
The embassy declare not being responsible for the policy deployment.

Declaraçao de prostesto
 
Durante o dia internacional de apoio aos sem teto do Brasil ameaçados  
de explusao, principalmente em Curitiba no Estado do Parana organizados  
pelo MNLM e os sem teto do centro de Sao Paulo organizados pelo MSTC,  
mobilizaçoes pacificas aconteceram  em Toquio, Paris e Lisboa, através  
da iniciativa da rede No-Vox e associaçoes ligadas. Delegaçoes foram  
recebidas pelas embaixadas do Brasil nas diferentes capitais. Em Toquio  
a policia japonesa reprimiu a manifestaçao violentamente e um  
manifestante membro do movimento dos "Sem" japones foi preso.
Manifestamos nossa revolta contra esta açao arbitraria, exigimos sua  
liberaçao imediata e pedimos o abandono de  qualquer perseguiçao contra  
este manifestante. Exigimos tambem que seja dado un fim as politicas  
repressivas contra os sem teto no Japao que sao constantemente objeto  
de persecusao policial, de prisoes forçadas, e que o governo Japones se  
de conta dos predios elitistas que foram construidos no local destruido  
pela policia, sem nenhuma proposiçao de relojamento ou habitaço  
temporaria para os sem teto.
Em Paris uma centena de manifestantes se reuniram proximo da embaixada  
do Brasil e por volta de 200 policiais bloquearam o acesso em frente a  
embaixada. Uma delegaçao foi recebida e a embaixada transmitira nossas  
reivindicaçoes a divisao de Direitos Humanos do Ministério de  
Relaçoes Exteriores, de maneira a mobilizar as seçoes dos Direitos  
Humanos em outros ministerios, principalmente o ministério relativo  a  
habitaçao.
A embaixada notificou tambem nao ser responsavel pela mobilizaçao  
policial.
