About SYSTEMATIZE

ESF Workgroup "Systematize": 1) Encourage participants and organizers in ESF to see relevance of participative communicating, archiving and systematizing during the preparatory process of the ESF and within the activities develop inside the ESF spaces 2) Facilitate and impulse the recollection, archiving and diffusion of the ESF Information. 3) Facilitate and impulse the development of initiatives aiming to systematize the information. 4) Making accessible the Information archived and/or systematized and preserve it for it good use under Copyleft principles. I.e.: Facilitation the digital and audio-video archive at Internet and giving a contact to access to the physical archive. 5) Facilitate and impulse the development of useful research for the improvement of the ESF self-organization. I.e.: Develop of self inquiry initiatives. 6) facilitate the development of useful tools for better communication system, that encourage horizontality and inclusiveness in the participation in the process 7) Define an ESF guide of criteria and protocols inspired from previous experiences that allows a better management of the information and communication. And guarantee how the information is produced and used in each ESF process and spread out for other actors. 8)Build a channel of interaction to the WSF and other regional and thematic forums experiences of archiving. 9)Supervise and support the respect and application of the criteria and protocols of information production, recollection and spread out by the organization committee of the event of ESF (where the data will be produced) and other actors wishing to use those data. 10) Manage, maintain, updated the ESF domain (http://www.esf-fse.org) 11) Follow up, coordinate, planify in a mid and long term all practical actions within scope of the systematize group to ensure that the process grows and is able to capialize 11) Ensure that its a dynamic/open group, and to work to enlarge the group (and in relation to other projects)
